The big rig driver told police that he hit low-hanging wires while going down Meadow Street, FiOS1 reported. Police received numerous 911 calls around 11 p.m. and Con Ed crews were dispatched to the scene, FiOS1 reported. Police Arrest Suspect In Yonkers Stabbing YONKERS, N.Y. -- One person was stabbed and another arrested in the southwest section of Yonkers early Sunday, according to a News 12 report. Police said the incident started around 3:45 a.m. in an apartment on School Street and spilled outside, News 12 said. Police officers, who were patrolling nearby at the time, responded and took the victim, who was wounded in the back, to Westchester Medical Center, News 12 reported. They also made an arrest.
