After investigating, police said they determined that a conspiracy had been initiated in Stamford and that the money and photos had been collected there and then wired to China, where the fake licenses were manufactured. Reception Launches 'Ode to Earth' Artists Exhibit At Pearl River Museum PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- An opening reception for the “Ode to Earth” group exhibition is set for 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at the Blue Hill Art and Cultural Center in Pearl River.
