Pelham Group, Supermarket Chain Distribute Holiday Food Baskets To Needy PELHAM, N.Y. -- The Pelham Civic Association has partnered with the DeCicco & Sons supermarket chain to help make the holidays brighter for hundreds of Pelham residents. The association’s “Good Neighbor Program,” put together more than 100 food baskets for needy families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The baskets, it said, will help feed 400 individuals.
