Man Charged With Cocaine Possession In Southeast SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A Danbury man is facing drug charges after he was arrested in Southeast on Friday, N.Y. State Police said. Kyle A. Ledoux, 23, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Danbury Road when the unidentified driver was pulled over for an inoperable license plate lamp, police said. Police said Ledoux had cocaine on him and was subsequently charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Ledoux was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond. …
