Cortlandt Man, 27, Faces DWI Charge After Two-Car Crash CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A two-car crash on Furnace Dock Road ended with a Cortlandt man being hit with charges last week, state police said. Michael G. Settepani, 27, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, by state troopers investigating the accident on Tuesday, Jan. 12, police said. Settepani was driving east when he left his lane and struck a westbound car head-on, police said. Both drivers refused medical attention, police said.
