Ossining Woman Charged With DWI In Yorktown
YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Ossining woman faces DWI charges after a property damage accident in Yorktown on Monday, police said.
Police said Roseann DiGiovanni, 55, was arrested on Maple Hill Street about 5 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; driving while ability impaired by a combination of alcohol and drugs, a misdemeanor; leaving the scene of an accident, a traffic infraction; and failure to keep right, also a traffic infraction.
She was ticketed, released and ordered to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Thursday, Jan. 28, police said.
