The concerns over what some called negative stereotyping spurred ArtsRock, the organizers of the show, to send out an email apology, the lohud article said. Theodore Jones Jr., 42, who told police he is homeless, was arrested on Tuesday on Gregory Street, police said. The charge is a misdemeanor, police said. Jones was being held for arraignment Tuesday at police headquarters in Yorktown, police said.

Police said Roseann DiGiovanni, 55, was arrested on Maple Hill Street about 5 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; driving while ability impaired by a combination of alcohol and drugs, a misdemeanor; leaving the scene of an accident, a traffic infraction; and failure to keep right, also a traffic infraction. She was ticketed, released and ordered to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Thursday, Jan. 28, police said.
