Ana E. Burgos, 43, was arrested in Philipstown on Wednesday after she failed to stay in her lane, said state police from the Cortlandt barracks. Burgos supplied a breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, police said. She was ticketed and ordered to appear in the Phillipstown Town Court on Wednesday, Feb. 10, police said.
