The Poughkeepsie Journal reported that it had been shown a human resources document that said employees leaving because their individual positions were cut, or because of poor performance, will be given one month of severance. Poughkeepsie Man Faces Weapons, Drug Charges POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A 22-year-old Poughkeepsie man is facing multiple felony charges after police said they found illegal weapons and drugs in his car during a traffic stop, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Troy Hassan, who was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 26, on Smith Street in the city, was charged by police with possession of two illegal assault rifles, heroin, and other drugs, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported.
