Man Charged With Credit Card Fraud In Greenburgh GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- A New York City man is facing multiple charges after he was arrested by police in Greenburgh this week, authorities said. Felipe Lora, 35, was stopped by members of the Greenburgh Street Crime Unit on Tuesday, Feb. 2, while he was driving a BMWX with New York license plates, police said. Police said Lora had a fraudulent Connecticut state license with the name Robert Sullivan. Lora is being charged with using a phony credit card and the fake driver’s license to buy an ipad and laptop worth more than $3,000 from the Best Buy Store in Hartsdale, police said. Police also …
