Tyshawn Mix, 22, was pulled over on Route 210 for vehicle and traffic violations, police said, without specifying what those violations were. He was subsequently charged with marijuana possession and released, pending a court appearance on Tuesday, March 15, police said.

Cuomo announced this week. Among the educational institutions getting much-needed funding are Iona College and the College of New Rochelle, and Mercy College, all in Westchester County.
