Nyack Agency Plans 33-Unit Affordable Housing Complex NYACK, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Housing Coalition says it has gotten the go-ahead for an affordable housing complex near downtown Nyack, according to a report by lohud.com. The agency,, which is headed by Gerri Levy, is planning 33 apartments for the site now occupied by a fabric store, lohud reported. The one-story building at 263 Main St. will be razed this spring and the apartments should be ready for tenants by the fall of 2017, the lohud story said. Kesson, 48, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, state police said. According to police, Kesson was caring for a Dover Plains woman when she took the money from the victim’s bank account.
