Ramapo Police Recover Stolen Mini-Bike, Arrest Two RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police were able to recover a stolen mini-bike this week after they stopped a driver for allegedly having a suspended registration. Police said that they pulled over the unidentified 27-year-old and his 20-year-old passenger, both from Spring Valley, and charged them with fifth-degree possession of stolen property. They also face felony charges because the vehicle identification number on the mini-bike had been defaced, police said.
