Haverstraw Man Charged With Driving With Revoked License RAMAPO, N.Y. – A 36-year-old Haverstraw man has been charged with driving with a revoked license and with several vehicle and traffic violations, Suffern police said Tuesday. Police said an officer spotted the unnamed man driving erratically on Orange Avenue in Suffern on Monday afternoon.  He had illegally passed several vehicles by driving over a double yellow line as he was approaching a construction zone, police said. The man was taken into custody, his vehicle was impounded, and he was later released on bail, police said.
