Dutchess College Student Chosen For Summer Research Program POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – A Dutchess Community College student has been picked to participate in a prestigious summer research program. Dalton Rifenburg was tapped by the Wadsworth Institute Summer 2016 Research Experience for Undergraduates program in Albany. Out of 200 students who applied to the program, only 12 were chosen.
