Clarkstown School District Displays Artwork By Felix Festa Students CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Artwork done by students from the Felix Festa Middle School in Clarkstown is now on display at the school district’s art gallery. The gallery is located at the district’s administrative building, 62 Old Middletown Road, New City. The young artists are students of art chairperson Peggy O'Hara and teachers Lotte Petricone, Joseph Mackey, AnnaMaria Lalli-Klimasz, and Julie Fanshawe.
