Andrew Cuomo, says she will undergo what she hopes is her final surgical procedure this week. Lee, who was diagnosed with breast cancer and had undergone a double mastectomy last year, subsequently developed an infection and had to have more surgery. Blanch said Wednesday. They passed the spending plan on Tuesday 922 to 303. The $86,901,751 budget represents an increase of .33 percent. While the tax levy of $74,673,878 actually decreased by .03 percent, the new tax rate of $157.94 reflects an increase of .57 percent.
