22-Year-Old Man Found Shot Dead On CT Roadway Police in Connecticut are searching for a suspect after a 22-year-old man was found shot to death on a roadway. The incident took place in New Haven County on Sunday, Dec. 17 around 4:30 p.m. in Waterbury outside on Kenyon Street. When officers arrived, the unidentified victim was unresponsive and transported to Saint Mary’s Hospital where he later died, said Lt. Ryan Bessette, of the Waterbury Police. 34-Year-Old Killed In I-84 Crash In Hudson Valley A 34-year-old man was killed in a single-car crash in the Hudson Valley after his 2006 Acura RSX ran off the roadway. The collision occurred in Orange County on a stretch of I-84 around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 in the town of Greenville. New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel said Christopher Martini, from Matamoras, Pennsylvania, was killed when his vehicle ran off the roadway and he was ejected. Troopers begin life-saving measures. Port Jervis EMS pronounced Martini dead on the scene. The incident is still under investigation.

33-Year-Old Critical Following Shooting Inside Home In Bridgeport A 33-year-old Fairfield County man is in critical condition after being shot in the abdomen inside a home. The incident took place in Bridgeport around 12:40 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 17 in the 400 block of Hollister Avenue. Capt. CT Man, Woman Found Shot Inside Home Died From Murder-Suicide, ME Says The deaths of a man and woman found dead from gunshot wounds inside a Connecticut home have been ruled a murder-suicide, according to the state's Chief Medical Examiner's Office. 24-Year-Old Woman From Region Struck, Killed After 'Darting' Into Traffic, Police Say A 24-year-old woman from the region was struck and killed after allegedly darting into traffic on a busy roadway. Sullivan County resident Eva Jacobs, of Obernberg, was struck around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec.. 13, in the town of Callicoon on North Branch Callicoon Center Road. Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty said Jacobs was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet pickup truck. The 68-year-old driver stayed on the scene and rendered first aid. 81-Year-Old Accused Of Shooting Another Hunter In Head, Lying To Police An 81-year-old Connecticut man was charged with allegedly shooting another hunter in the head and then lying to police about it. Hartford County resident James Dina, of South Windsor, turned himself in to police on Wednesday, Dec. 13 on an active arrest warrant.
