Man Found Dead On Side Of CT Roadway Police in Connecticut are investigating after a man was found shot to death lying on the side of a roadway. The incident took place around 9:20 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 26 on Burnside Avenue in East Hartford. Officer Marc Caruso of the East Hartford Police said paramedics and firefighters responded to the area and found the man lying on Burnside Avenue dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Hartford County resident Jessica Gray, of Bristol, was killed around 4:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 22 in the area of Wolcott Road, north of Old Wolcott Road. According to Lt.
