Man, 43, Electrocuted On Long Island, Investigation Launched Police are investigating the death of a man who died on Long Island while on the job. It happened on Tuesday, Nov. 28 in Westbury, in the back of a building at 750 Summa Avenue. According to the Nassau County Police, it was just after 2:10 p.m. when a 43-year-old paving company employee was electrocuted while he was operating a paving machine. He was pronounced dead by medics on the scene. Additional details, including the victim’s identity, have not been provided. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
