Kathy Hochul announced that a new set of affordable and energy-efficient housing has been completed at what once was a dilapidated complex. Laurel Homes, located in the North Hempstead hamlet of Roslyn Heights, has officially finished its “major redevelopment,” Hochul said on Monday, Dec. 11.
