Annie is a proud alumna of Purdue University, with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Anthropology. She began her journalism career in front of a camera, reporting news across the Midwest.

Annie’s passion for journalism began back in high school during her time in Youth In Government, where she served as as reporter and press editor for several years. She is proud to have pursued her childhood dream of becoming a journalist. From breaking news to archery on horseback to hanging out with kangaroos, Annie is grateful to share the stories and events of those around her.

In her free time, Annie enjoys showing her horses and watching sports. The only granddaughter of Indiana Pacer’s founder Chuck DeVoe and stepdaughter of Purdue Men’s Basketball Announcer and former player Ralph Taylor, Annie’s love for Indiana basketball runs deep.

A US history buff, Annie is proud to provide news to the Capitol region.

Alert Issued For 'Critically Missing Adult' Last Seen In Pajamas Police are asking for the public's help locating a critically missing man that went missing in the Leesburg area, authorities say. Ansar Hussain Zaidi, 72, was last seen at his home on Fort Evans Road on Friday, Feb. 10, according to a Virginia State Police spokesperson. The Leesburg man was last known to be wearing a maroon long-sleeved collard shirt and pajama pants. Zaidi has brown hair and brown eyes and stands around 5-foot-6.
