Annie is a proud alumna of Purdue University, with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Anthropology. She began her journalism career in front of a camera, reporting news across the Midwest.

Annie’s passion for journalism began back in high school during her time in Youth In Government, where she served as as reporter and press editor for several years. She is proud to have pursued her childhood dream of becoming a journalist. From breaking news to archery on horseback to hanging out with kangaroos, Annie is grateful to share the stories and events of those around her.

In her free time, Annie enjoys showing her horses and watching sports. The only granddaughter of Indiana Pacer’s founder Chuck DeVoe and stepdaughter of Purdue Men’s Basketball Announcer and former player Ralph Taylor, Annie’s love for Indiana basketball runs deep.

A US history buff, Annie is proud to provide news to the Capitol region.

Woman Fights For Life After Valentine's Day Attack In Baltimore (Developing) A woman is fighting for her life after being attacked in the early morning hours of Valentine's Day in Baltimore, authorities say. The 51-year-old victim was found inside of a home in the 500 block of North Clinton Street, shortly after 3:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14, according to city police. One Killed In Baltimore Shooting Overnight One man has died after a shooting in Baltimore overnight, authorities say. Shortly after 10:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 13, officers were called to the 1200 block of North Potomac Street for a Shot Spotter alert, according to a Baltimore Police Department spokesperson.
