Stalker Puts GPS On Victim's Car, Chambersburg Police Say A 34-year-old woman has been charged after she was caught using a GPS to stalk someone in Chambersburg, police announced the same morning she was arrested.  Emily Sommerville was arrested in the first unit block of West Liberty Street in Chambersburg on Monday, May 15, 2023.  She was charged with a misdemeanor for stalking after a GPS device was found on the victim's vehicle which police say she, "placed on a vehicle to follow the victim's movements."
