Hospital Arsonist Bending Over Fires Identified By Police In Central PA An alleged teenage arsonist spotted on surveillance camera footage at the former UPMC York Memorial Hospital has been identified, according to police. The girl pictured was seen bent over "one of several small fires that had been set" at the defunct hospital located at 325 South Belmont Street, Spring Garden Township at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2023.
