Woman Dies 1 Week After 2-Vehicle Crash, York County Coroner Says An 88-year-old woman has died one week after a two-vehicle, the York County Coroner announced. MILES OF Backups: Crash Closed All Lanes Of I-81 In Central PA, PennDOT Says A crash shuttered all lanes of Interstate 81 Northbound in Central Pennsylvania, authorities say.  The crash was between exits 48 to PA 74- York Road and 52A to US 11 North-New Kingstown, according to 511PA.
