Armonk-Based IBM Sees Revenues Decline Again IBM's slide is continuing.The company, which is headquartered in Armonk, saw revenue decline .4 percent, the 22nd consecutive quarter of year over year declines. Profits fell 4.5 percent to $2.73 billion. Despite the numbers, IBM's stock increased 5 percent in after-hours trading. IBM's stock has fallen 12 percent this year.
