Yorktown Police Charge Man With Stealing Ex's Cell Phone, Threat YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 53-year-old Brewster man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a cell phone, according to Yorktown police. Frank C. Guida Jr. was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, police said, after his ex-girlfriend told authorities he had taken her phone. Police also charged Guida with second-degree aggravated harassment, a Class A misdemeanor, after the woman told them he had called and threatened her.
