The impostors, O&R said, are calling customers and demanding immediate payment for what they claim are delinquent electric and gas bills. Frank Fernandez, 45, was laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings-on-Hudson after a Mass was celebrated at the Monastery Church of the Sacred Heart in Yonkers. Fernandez, who was married with two children, had been with the Police Department for 15 years. Ex-Tugboat Worker Sues Tappan Zee Builders, Claims Spinal Injuries A member of a tugboat crew, who says he was injured while securing a barge, has sued the contractors building the new Tappan Zee Bridge, according to lohud. Richard Downing, in a lawsuit filed in federal court in White Plains against Tappan Zee Constructors and Traylor Brothers, alleges that he suffered paralyzing spinal injuries after being ordered to moor the barge during a storm last year, the lohud story said.
