Icy Roads Blamed For Crashes; One Victim Airlifted From Garrison Scene Ice-slicked roads are being blamed for a rash of recent car crashes in the region, according to a report by lohud. Lohud reported that a man had to be airlifted to Westchester Medical Center after he lost control and flipped his car on Route 9 in Garrison.  Two other cars also crashed and three other people were injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment, the lohud story said.
