Poughkeepsie Man Gets Prison For Possession Of Stolen Property, DWI
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A city man has been sentenced to two to four years in state prison for possession of stolen property, according to a report by The Poughkeepsie Journal.
Alfred Hotaling, 36, of Poughkeepsie, pleaded guilty in February to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, The Poughkeepsie Journal story said.
He also by sentenced to up to four years behind bars for violating probation and driving while intoxicated, The Poughkeepsie Journal reported.
