Currently, there are nine Level 1 (least likely to re-offend), three Level 2 (moderate risk of repeat offense), and one Level 3 (high risk of a repeat offense, threat to public safety exists) in East Fishkill, police said. State Assembly Passes Scarsdale Lawmaker's Gun Legislation SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Legislation that would require people convicted in certain domestic violence cases to give up their guns was passed by the state Assembly recently, according to Scarsdale lawmaker Amy Paulin, D-88. Paulin said the bill that she sponsored extends the revocation of a firearms’ license to misdemeanor convictions. Right now, the law only applies to those convicted of a felony or serious offense, or if an order of protection has been issued in particular circumstances, Paulin said. “Intimate partner homicide is the most frequent type of domestic homicide,” the lawmaker said. …

Police were called to 750 South Ave. after the man found what appeared to be human remains in graffiti-tagged concrete pipes kept behind the building, the News12 report said.
