Police Charge Rockland Man With ATV Thefts STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A Spring Valley man is facing multiple charges in connection with the theft of several all-terrain vehicles in Stony Point, police said Tuesday. William Wilke, 18, was arrested on Friday, May 13, and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies, police said. Wilke posted a bail of $500 and is to appear in court to answer the charges on Thursday, June 2.

The unidentified victim, who was found by police bleeding and bruised on Innis Avenue around 2:30 a.m., was taken to MidHudson Regional Hospital, police told The Poughkeepsie Journal. Suffern Police Arrest N.J. Fugitive, Local Parolee RAMAPO, N.Y. -- An Orange County man wanted on weapons possession charges was arrested this week in Suffern, police said. Frank DiLorenzo, 29, of Greenwood Lake, was spotted by police as he walked along Lafayette Avenue in the village. According to police, he was wanted in Bergen County in New Jersey for possession of a weapon with unlawful intentions. DiLorenzo was taken into custody and sent to Rockland County Jail without bail.
