100K CT Residents Data Revealed In Hospital Cyberattack, Officials Say Officials with a hospital conglomerate that was the victim of a weeks-long cyberattack, have informed the state's attorney general's office that 110,000 Connecticut residents had their personal data compromised during the episode. Three hospitals were victims of the August attack including Waterbury Hospital in New Haven County; Manchester Hospital in Hartford County, and Rockville General in Tolland County. Duo Nabbed For Tearing Down Israeli Flag From Government Building In Hudson Valley Two Hudson Valley men have been charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime for allegedly tearing down an Israeli flag from a government building and damaging it. The incident occurred in Rockland County in Ramapo on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at a government building on Route 59. According to Lt. Christopher Franklin of the Ramapo Police, officials found that an Israeli flag was removed from the exterior of the building by a group of individuals, damaging it in the process, and left with the flag in their possession. ID Released For Woman Who Died After Jumping From Bridge In Hudson Valley Police have identified a woman who jumped to her death from a bridge in the region on Tuesday, Nov. 14. Original report: Woman Jumps From Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police announced on Thursday, Nov. 16 that the body of Dutchess County resident Stacy M. Shanahan, age 49, of Beekman, was the person who was found dead under the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge near Fishkill. No signs of foul play have been discovered at this time, Hicks said. The Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office was on the scene aiding in the investigation.

Fatal Hudson Valley Crash Under Investigation For Failure To Yield, Police Say Police in are investigating a two-car fatal crash that killed a local man in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14 on Route 22 in the village of Pawling. According to Capt. Police Seeking Help After Woman Found On Roadway With Serious Injuries In Bridgeport Police are asking the public for help identifying a vehicle that may have hit a woman found lying on the ground at an intersection in Fairfield County with serious injuries. Bridgeport Police received several calls around 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14 regarding a woman lying at the intersection of Stratford Avenue and Bishop Avenue. 3 Injured, 1 Critically In Multi-Vehicle I-84 Crash Involving 2 Westchester Drivers One person was critically injured and two others received minor injuries in a four-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in Orange County in the town of Deerpark on I-84 near mile marker 1.4, said Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police. Woman Struck By Several Vehicles While Crossing Busy CT Roadway, Police Say A 43-year-old Connecticut woman was killed after she was struck by multiple vehicles while crossing a busy roadway. The incident took place in New Haven County in Orange around 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14 on Boston Post Road in front of McDonald's. Norwalk Police 'Imploring' Residents To Lock Cars After 87 Thefts Police in Fairfield County are "imploring" residents to lock their vehicles after seeing a large number of car thefts. Since Sunday, Jan. 1, there have been 87 motor vehicles stolen from different residents within the City of Norwalk, said Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police. 24-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Admits Killing Victim Of Home Burglary, DA Says A 24-year-old Hudson Valley man faces 25 in prison after admitting he killed a victim involved in a home burglary, according to authorities. Ulster County resident Jacob Jackson, age 24, of Rosendale, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Tuesday, Nov. 14, for the shooting death of Myron Moye, age 36, of Kingston, said Ulster County District Attorney David Clegg.
