Terroristic Threats: Man Nabbed For Assault, More On Long Island, Police Say A Long Island man was arrested for harassment, assault, and more after police said he made threats at two different places, including one church. On Tuesday, Aug. 15 at approximately 1:05 p.m. in South Farmingdale, Nassau County Police reported that Deer Park resident Besart Astafa entered the Medwell Spa located at 34 Hempstead Turnpike. Located: Missing Long Island Teen Last Seen Leaving Home Found, Police Announce Update: A week and a half after disappearing from his Long Island home, a missing teen has been found, according to officials. Owansa Benjamin, age 15, had last been seen on Friday, Aug. 4 at approximately 11 p.m. leaving his Hempstead home, Nassau County Police reported. Alert Issued For Long Island Teen Last Seen Weeks Ago A teenage girl from Long Island has been missing for nearly two weeks, prompting officials and advocacy groups to release an alert to help find her. Jenna Ceruti, a 16-year-old girl last seen in Bay Shore, has been missing since Wednesday, Aug. 2, according to a release by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
