Tesla Camera Captures Drunk Hit-Run Driver 2X Legal Limit In Stafford: Sheriff A 37-year-old Stafford woman was more than twice the legal limit when she struck a Tesla with a child in her car, then fled the scene, authorities said. Karen Huff Herrera allegedly hit the parked Tesla on Lansberry Park Drive around 8:45 p.m. Sunday. Feb. 25, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said in a release. DUI Dumfries Driver Busted 2X In 3 Days In Fredericksburg, Police Say A 32-year-old DUI driver told police his bleeding passenger was the reason for his speeding, but police in Fredericksburg quickly found that wasn't the case at all, they said. A man later identified as Bryan Stoutenburgh, of Dumfries, sped past a Fredericksburg officer at 85 mph in a 35 mph zone on Emancipation Highway around 12:40 a.m. Friday, Feb. 23, police said. Cycling Purse-Snatcher Arrested In Fairfax County: Police A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a string of robberies last month, Fairfax County police said. Adam Houmane, of Lake Barcroft, was riding a bicycle when he approached victims from behind and snatched purses four times in January, police said. In the Jan. 5 larceny, Houmane stole the victim’s purse then later used the victim’s credit cards, police said. Armed, Suspended DUI Driver Crashes While Fleeing Cops In Arlington: Police A 26-year-old man has been arrested after police say he crashed his car while fleeing police late Monday, Feb. 26 in Arlington.
