A sex offender convicted in both New Jersey and New York has been arrested once again, this time for stalking a 19-year-old woman in two Bergen County towns, police said.

A 24-year-old Ford Mustang driver has been jailed after police say he shoved a 77-year-old woman to the ground and stole her purse this week in Haledon.
Bornnazee Mceachern, of Paterson, has been charged with second-degree robbery in connection with the Monday, July 29 incident, Haledon police said in a news release.
