Burning Pile Of Trash Found At Target In Central PA A burning pile of trash was dumped from a trash truck at the Target parking lot in Swatara Township on Monday, April 3, 2023.  Swatara 91 was called to the reported trash truck fire at 4600 High Pointe Commons at 4:39 a.m., according to the department.  Responding crews found the truck had dumped the load after it ignited inside of the truck.
