Upmc Pinnacle Medical Assistant Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Patient A 39-year-old nurse has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a patient. Stoltzfus, was the son of Samuel and Mary Stoltzfus of the 700 block of Kames Hill Road in Columbia, as detailed in his obituary.
