Traffic Crawling On I-81 After Tractor-Trailer Crash: PennDOT A tractor-trailer crash during Tuesday's winter storm has slowed traffic to a crawl along Interstate 81 in Dauphin County, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  I-81 South closed one mile north of Exit 70: Interstate 83 South/Route 322 East- Harrisburg, according to PennDOT.
