Dad Dies In Dauphin County Prison A dad awaiting his preliminary hearing on newly-filed charges died in Dauphin County prison Thursday, Jan. 18, according to court records officials. Michael Howard Butler II had been in and out of prisons in four counties since 2009, according to his criminal record.
