Weaving Driver In Wilton Leads To DUI Charge For Norwalk Resident, Police Say A Fairfield County man was nabbed allegedly driving at twice the legal limit after he was stopped for driving all over the roadway. Tomas Mata Perez, age 40, of Norwalk, was stopped in Wilton on Wolfpit Road on Tuesday, Sept. 26, around 10:40 p.m. driving a 2023 Honda CRV. According to Lt. Anna Tornello, of the Wilton Police, Perez was stopped after he was seen unable to maintain a lane of travel. Man Shot In Parking Lot, Suspect On Run In Norwalk, Police Say A man is recovering after being shot in the parking lot of a Fairfield County apartment complex. The incident took place in Norwalk around 7:20 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30 on Fairfield Avenue.
