Paula A. Perez, 31, was charged with first-degree larceny by defrauding a public community, a felony, and unemployment compensation fraud, police said. Ansonia Man Charged With Breaking Into Newtown Home NEWTOWN, Conn. – An Ansonia man faces multiple charges after a Newtown homeowner’s security system recorded a break-in, police said. The suspect was seen on a surveillance video as he crawled through the Berkshire Road home’s living room window, police said. Christopher Isaacson, 57, was arrested at the scene and charged with third-degree burglary, criminal trespass, possession of burglary tools, and fourth-degree larceny, police said.
