Danbury Crush Softball Players Donate To Local Charities DANBURY, Conn. -- The Danbury Crush softball program held its annual Cancer Charity Softball Tournament and made donations to local charities. The team presented a check to Ann's Place in Danbury in the amount of $1,100. Ann's place is a local community center helping patients and families stricken by cancer with counseling, wellness activities and support. The program also made donations to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society in excess of $350 and the Chris Andrade Memorial Scholarship Fund in the amount of $500.
