18th Annual Holiday Run For Toys Steps Off Sunday In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The 18th annual Holiday Run for Toys steps off Sunday, Dec. 20 at the Scandinavian Club in Fairfield, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The popular race is just $10 for pre-registration and $15 on race day. Students and children under the age of 18 can pre-register for $7. Runners are also asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for children ages 1-16. The race is followed by food at 10 a.m. including hot soup, baked goods and beverages.
