In Crisis, White Plains Restaurant Finds Support From The Westchester Bank WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Shortly after fire roared through the kitchen at Emma’s Ale House in White Plains four years ago, owner Casey Egan took a phone call from The Westchester Bank CEO and President John Tolomer. “John called us and said ‘Hey, is there anything we can do to help you out,’’ Egan remembered. “That’s when I knew that banking with The Westchester Bank was different.
