Runners Sprint Into New Year With Boston Buildup Opener Sunday In Norwalk FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Runners from Fairfield County and beyond hit the streets Sunday in Norwalk for the start of the 38th annual Boston Buildup Running Series. The four-race series of increasing distances is used by runners of all ages to prepare for spring marathons and other endurance events.
