4th Quarter Real Estate Sales Surge in Danbury, Ridgefield FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Real estate sales soared in the fourth quarter in Danbury and Ridgefield, with both communities seeing healthy double digit increases. Fourth quarter sales shot up 19 percent in Danbury compared to the same time frame in 2014.
