Summer Camp Fair Coming To White Plains In February WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- –The 34th Annual Camp & Summer Activities Fair will be held on Sunday, Feb. 7, in White Plains. 4th Quarter Real Estate Sales Surge in Danbury, Ridgefield FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Real estate sales soared in the fourth quarter in Danbury and Ridgefield, with both communities seeing healthy double digit increases. Fourth quarter sales shot up 19 percent in Danbury compared to the same time frame in 2014. Ridgefield’s sales improved 30 percent, according to the fourth quarter report from William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Home Sales Rise In Brookfield, Sherman, But Fall In New Fairfield FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Northern Fairfield County communities experienced a mixed bag of real estate activity in the fourth quarter of 2015, according to the year-end report from William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Greenwich Bucks County Trend With Steep Fall In Real Estate Sales GREENWICH, Conn. -- Real estate sales fell 18 percent in the fourth quarter in Greenwich, bucking a countywide trend that saw increased activity in many other markets. For the year, sales fell 2 percent in Greenwich. Dutchess Home Sales Rose 24 Percent In 2015 DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Home sales in Dutchess County reflected a Hudson Valley trend with a strong fourth quarter in real estate activity and a banner year overall. Real estate sales surged 11 percent in the fourth quarter in Dutchess County and finished 2015 up more than 24 percent, according to figures from Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty.
