Cortlandt Manor's Jarosz Hauls In Another Basketball Honor CORTLANDT, N.Y. – Marist women’s basketball’s Tori Jarosz of Cortlandt Manor was named to the 2016 Division I Women’s Basketball All-Eastern College Athletic Conference’s (ECAC) first team on Tuesday. The Lakeland High grad adds the honor to a list that includes being named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's Women's Basketball Player of the Year. Westchester Businesses Reject Call For Minimum Wage Hike RYE BROOK, N.Y. -- The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) announced its strong opposition to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s proposed increase in the state minimum wage to $15 an hour and called on the members of Westchester’s State Legislative delegation to reject the increase.
