North Jersey Pizzeria Owned By TikTok Stars Getting Gordon Ramsey Makeover A Bergen County pizzeria is the next North Jersey restaurant to get a visit from fiery celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Da Mimmo, in Dumont, will be featured on the Monday, Oct. 16 episode of "Kitchen Nightmares." Ramsay was spotted filming at the pizzeria in June. The pizzeria is the creation of Vincent, Antonio and Vito Gigante, brothers and TikTok influencers, who opened the place last November in honor of their great uncle, a chef who always dreamed of opening his own restaurant. Powerball: Two Union County Lotto Players Win $50K While they didn't win the $1.765 billion Powerball jackpot, two lotto players in Union County had themselves a lucrative night in the drawing held on Wednesday, Oct. 11. The two players matched four of the white balls and the Power Ball, winning $50,000. The tickets were sold at 7-Eleven in North Plainfield and a BP gas station in Springfield. The winning numbers were: 22, 24, 40, 52, and 64. The Red Power Ball number was 10.

Rahway Man Sexually Assaulted Woman In Park: Police Keon Hagans, a 44-year-old Rahway man was arrested and charged with sexual assault on Wednesday, Oct.4 , Union County police announced. On Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 2:50 p.m., Union County police responded to the Squires Island section of Rahway Park on River Park and found a woman who said she had been touched inappropriately by Hagans while walking through the park, officers said. Hagans was arrested at his residence and was placed in the Union County Jail, where he remains pending a court proceeding, police said.

Teen Bicyclist Hit By Deer Struck By Car In NJ Oh deer! A 13-year-old bicyclist was struck by a deer that was struck by a car in a chaotic scene in Hackettstown on Tuesday, Oct. 10. At 7:03 p.m., police responded to the 600 block of Willow Grove Street to a report of a teen bicyclist struck by a deer, officers said. Police determined the deer ran into the roadway and was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound, officers said. The deer then proceeded to hit the bicyclist, police said. Whole Foods Market announced it is opening its new Jersey City location on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 8 a.m. The 51,156-square foot supermarket, at Washington Street and Columbus Drive is the store's first location in Jersey City. Israeli Soldier With NJ Ties Safe As Fighting Continues An Israeli soldier whose mother is a cantor and father is a rabbi in New Jersey is alive following the attack on Israel on Saturday, Oct. 7. Ari Dubin's parents both took to Facebook to report that he was found safe. His mother, Nancy Dubin, the cantor at Temple Beth Rishon in Wyckoff, said on Oct. 8 that Ari found a phone to communicate he was going into a house for 36 hours. Bike Thief Busted In Bayonne: Police A 47-year-old Bayonne man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Oct. 10 with committing multiple thefts and a burglary last month, police said. On Sunday, Sept. 10, Bransky stole an electric bicycle from a porch on West 9th Street after cutting a chain that secured the bicycle, police said. On Thursday, Sept. 28, Bransky removed two tool boxes from a parked vehicle on 43rd Street and Avenue E. Bransky was charged with two counts of theft and one count of burglary, police said.
