Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Hypothermia Alert Issued In This Maryland County For Monday Night A hypothermia alert has been issued for Montgomery County starting at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28. It will last until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1. The alert is issued whenever temperatures and/or wind chill are expected to be at or below 32 degrees. In these situations, people could become exposed to hyperthermia or frostbite very easily. Man Arrested In Landover Drug Deal Gone Bad, Police Say A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting of a 21-year-old driver earlier this month in a drug deal gone bad, authorities in Prince George's County said. Preston Hollis Jr., of Landover, shot Jonathan Jamison Jr., while he was behind the wheel of a vehicle on the 6900 block of Forest Terrace around 10:25 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, police said. Trenton Flowers-Jackson, 25, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 26 and has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Jose Alexander Maldonado, 23, police said.
